How long will it take before I receive my purchase?
- Orders are typically dispatchd within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Please allow 4-5 business days for domestic shipment, and 7-10 business days for international mail transactions.
Do you offer combined shipping charge?
- Unlike many of our competitors, Jacqueline Potter Collection does not aim to make a profit off of S&H. Therefore, where possible, S&H cost can be reduced for multiple-combined shipping cost to one single address. Please contact us for a quote.
Are your gemstones & pearls genuine?
- Yes, all gemstones and pearls are genuine unless otherwise stated in the item description.
What if I want to order more than the quantities shown/allowed?
- Quite often, quantities are limited, so that we can keep our collection fresh. Therefore, if you require multiple quantities of an item, we will do our best to accomodate your request. However, please allow us 4-5 weeks of advance notice.
