Shipping policy:
All orders will be shipped insured, signature return, and in a padded envelope. Each item will be packed in a padded jewellery box ready for gift giving or for proper storage. Please allow 4-6 business days for domestic delivery and 7-10 business days for international delivery. Standard shipping cost quoted reflect this shipping policy.
Return Policy:
You may return any online purchase within 15 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.
All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging. Please ship all item(s) pre-paid and insured.
Jacqueline Potter Collection is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.
Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Gift Certificate Policy:
Please be adviced that you should not include the recipient's email addresss if you are not certain of the email address at the time of purchase, or if you plan to print and personally deliver the Gift Certificate. If a recipient's email address is indicated on a printed Gift Certificate, it may be redeemed only by the owner of that email address. If the Gift Certificate is sent to the wrong email address, or is lost, it can be canceled or refunded at no charge within 60 days of the purchase date.
Gift Certificate is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
